Waiting

Well, not much news to tell, but thought I'd update a few pictures. Max is up to 6 lbs. now, but still isn't eating a whole lot. He is still trying to get 4 of his 8 bottles finished. He did finish one this morning, but has been sleepy the rest of the day.

We've had a few visitors. Thanks to those of you that have come by to see us. Max likes meeting new people.

It looks like it will likely be at least another week before going home. I learned that he has to have 2 days of eating all 8 bottles before they'll remove his feeding tube and then another 2 days of eating all 8 without the tube. So, we have a ways to go.

I'm hoping tomorrow he'll finish at least 2 of his bottles. Thanks for the prayers. I'm feeling a little better about things even if we do have a little more time here. I know that when we take him home, he'll be ready to be there and we can enjoy our time with him.
